Commons is a product of rediZOO, LLC. This Privacy & Cookie Policy describes how commons.redizoo.com handles information when you visit our website. This site can use Google Analytics (GA4) through Google Tag Manager (GTM), but only with your permission.

We are intentionally keeping tracking minimal. Analytics are optional and remain disabled unless you choose to allow them.

What we collect

Website analytics (optional): If you opt in, Google Analytics may collect information such as pages visited, approximate location (derived from IP), device/browser details, referral source, and interactions like clicks or scrolling.

Demo requests: If you request a demo, the email address you provide is transmitted to and processed by Formspree, the form processing service we use, and delivered to us so we can respond. Formspree's handling of that submission is described in its own privacy policy.

Hosting logs: This site is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub may collect visitor IP addresses in standard server logs as part of operating the service.

Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager

We use Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics (GA4). By default, we set Google Consent Mode to deny analytics storage until you opt in.

If you select Reject analytics, analytics storage stays denied.
If you dismiss the banner without choosing, we treat that as rejecting analytics.

Data retention

If analytics are enabled, Google Analytics retains event data based on settings configured in our GA4 property. Demo request messages are retained by Formspree per its retention policy and by us as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business records.

We take reasonable steps to protect information submitted through this site, including serving it over HTTPS. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
